Partnership

A true partner can help your business scale more efficiently than an outsider. That is why partnership is at the core of our decision making process.

If you’ve gotten the chance to look over the rest of our website, you’ll notice that we consistently use the word “partner” to describe our relationship to the companies we work with. The word choice is subtle, but it is an incredibly important piece of the Intero ethos. “Partnering In Your Success” appears above the fold on our home page. Our top core value is partnership. Partnership is even part of our company’s name. In Italian, intero means entire or whole. We aim to be the perfect technology complement to your existing team.

Two people shaking hands
It makes sense to value partnership in any hiring/buying decision, but it is especially impactful when evaluating external technology resources. The incentives of tech contract work do not skew in the business' favor. Building and implementing technology is complex. Rarely ever is there a single best approach. Assumptions have to be made and tradeoffs have to be considered. And if the scope of a working relationship is predicated entirely around hours or delivery of a specific product, it is easy for a contractor to make decisions in the interest of their own time or effort.
But technology partners are not technology contractors. A partner builds with the bigger picture in mind. Partners take the time to make decisions from first principles, even if it is inconvenient to them. They understand and communicate the tradeoffs involved with any decision they make. And they build as if they'll be the ones maintaining the end product, because they expect to be.

Intero takes the time to understand the nuances of your businesses before implementing anything. And when it comes time to implement, we don’t cut corners. It is in our best interest to deliver high quality products that stand the test of time because we anticipate working with you in perpetuity.
